Warranty Information

All FlowSpa products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and ensures that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During the warranty period, FlowSpa will repair or replace, at our discretion, any components found to be defective.

What’s Covered:

•Electrical components and heating system

•Exterior housing and materials under normal weather exposure

•Factory-assembled parts and workmanship

What’s Not Covered:

•Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

•Wear and tear from improper maintenance or neglect

•Cosmetic changes due to aging or UV exposure (outside of material warranty)

To make a warranty claim, you will need your proof of purchase and product serial number.

We may also request additional information or photos to assess the issue.
